SOCAR Trading S.A - Compliance Procedures

In accordance with governing legislation of Switzerland and our internal policies and procedures, SOCAR Trading S.A. will require the following documentation from conterparties willing to enter into trade relations with our company: 

•  A copy of the certificate of incorporation or entry in the company registry.

•  A copy of the memorandum and articles of incorporation.

•  A copy of your latest financial statements:  Please provide a copy of the financial statements for the last 3 years, preferably audited.

•  Recommendation letter from the bank, stating years of collaboration and turnover on the account for the last year.

•  Information on the Ultimate Beneficial Owner of the company.
